Salsa Dip
Organic Tomatoes on the Vine 6
Organic Cherry Tomatoes 2 Boxes
Organic Spanish Onions 2 Large
Organic Garlic 2 cloves or 2 teaspoons
Organic Red Pepper 2 Large
Apple Vinegar 1 Capful
Season to Your Taste
Use your Kitchen-Aid Blender and puree the well rinsed with cold water and stems removed Vine Tomatoes. Put into a large bowl.
Use your cutting board, finely chop or dice the well rinsed with cold water and stems removed Cherry Tomatoes. Then add to the large bowl of Tomatoes Puree.
On your cutting board, finely chop or dice the peeled and well rinsed Spanish Onions. Then add to the Tomatoes Puree Mixture large bowl.
On the cutting board, finely chop or dice the cut opened and cleaned out and stems removed Red Pepper that was rinsed well with cold water. Add to the Tomatoes puree mixture large bowl.
Pour the 1 Capful of Apple Vinegar in the large bowl with the Tomatoes Puree Mixture and mix well.
Season to Your Taste. Serve with Your Organic Raw Vegetables. All enjoy! Serves 6 people.
Avocado Dip
Organic Avocados 3 Large Ripe
Organic Spanish Onions 2 Large
Organic Garlic 1 clove or 1 teaspoon
Organic Red Peppers 2 Large
Daisy’s Light Sour Cream 2 Containers
Seasoned to Taste.
Use your Kitchen-Aid and puree your Avocados and put into a large bowl.
On your cutting board, cut finely or dice the peeled and well rinsed with cold water Onion. Then add to the bowl with the Avocados Puree.
Next, on your cutting board cut finely or dice the peeled and well rinsed with cold water the Garlic. Add to the large bowl with your Avocados mixture.
On your cutting board, finely chop or dice the cut opened and cleaned out and stems removed Red Peppers. Then, add to the large bowl with the Avocados Puree mixture.
Add the Sour Cream to the large bowl with the Avocados puree mixture and stir well.
Season to Your Taste. Serve with Your Organic Raw Vegetables. All enjoy! Serves 6 people.
