1. Avoid a lot of heavy exercise right before bed time.
2. Do not have caffeine products;check even energy drinks, juice drinks and sodas.
3. Warm milk is good before bed time.
4. Don't eat heavy;have only a light snack.
5.Say to your child have all good dreams.
6.Say a prayer with your child or allow your child to pray by themselves.
7. Then, advise your child to say to "G-O-D, please, allow me to sleep a restful night's sleep".
8.You can rock your young child or infant to sleep.
