Aunt Jemina Whole Wheat Blend Pancake & Waffle Mix 1 1/2 Cups
Nabisco Whole Wheat Crackers 1 1/4 cups
Ginger 1/8 Cup
Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup
Butter Unsalted 1/3 Cup
Eggs 2 Large
Low Fat Milk 1 percent 1/4 Cup
Ripe Bananas Peeled 1 Cup

Preheat Your Oven to 350 degrees.
Combine Pancake Mix, Whole Wheat Crackers Crumbled, Ginger and Brown Sugar in a Large Bowl.
In a Separate Large Bowl, mash with a large spoon Butter, and then add the Eggs, Low Fat Milk and the bananas sliced and mash.
Next put the dry mixture slowly into the banana mixture; stir gently until the dry mixture is just moist.
Spray Pam on the bottom and the sides of the large Casserole dish.
Then pour the mixture into the large Casserole dish.
Bake 45 minutes and after removed from the oven check with a toothpick and it should come out clean(set your timer)
Cool for 20 minutes and serve with vanilla frozen cookie dough yogurt.
Serve also cold and thin sliced with Philadelphia Cream Cheese spread between 2 slices.
